We have 13 rooms available: double, twin and triple.
Bathroom is always shared.

Check in is at 15:00
We ask you to inform us in advance of your expected time of arrival. If any change in it, please call us to update.
If you plan to arrive before 15:00, we will try to help you in keeping your luggage stored without any extra cost.
Note that there is an extra charge of 10€ for check in after 21:00. After midnight, the extra charge is 15€.

Continental Breakfast is included.

Linen, blankets and towels have not an extra charge.

Luggage storage before check in or after check out, if possible. We'll take care of it without any charge.

Kitchen is not useable.

*   No smoking
*   Normally, towels are not changed during a short stay, so keep them useable
*   Bathroom is shared, so we and other guests ask you to keep them as clean as you can
*   You cannot use the kitchen for cooking. Anyway, you can use the fridge, the oven and other apparel. We ask you to clean everything after every use for other guests
*   No food allowed inside the rooms
*   No animals allowed
*   There is no curfew. We ask you to keep noise at the lowest rate
*   24 hours hot showers
*   Wifi connection for free. Ask us about the login and password

Rates are:

  - Low season ...... 20€ per person per night
  - High season ..... 30€ per person per night (summer)
  - Special events .. Check prices (25-30€ per person per night)

Rates are per room, no matter if it's single or double occupancy.
Minimum stay is 3 days  

Payment is as follows:

    - 10% of the total to ensure booking, through bank transfer
    - Rest in cash at check in

No cleaning fee is applied (included)
No deposit at check in is required.
No extra charges are applied.
